Accessibility Statement
Effective April 2026 — CleverAlpha Securities
Our Commitment
CleverAlpha Securities and CleverAlpha Asset Management are committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Current Efforts
- Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML structure, heading hierarchy, and landmark regions to support screen readers and assistive technologies
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard without requiring a mouse
- Color contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds to support users with low vision
- Alternative text: Images include descriptive alt text where appropriate
- Responsive design: Our sites are designed to be usable across a range of devices and screen sizes, including mobile devices
- Form labels: All form fields include associated labels for screen reader compatibility
- Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are maintained for keyboard navigation
- No time-limited content: We avoid content that flashes more than three times per second
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our platform — particularly our interactive trading tools and data visualizations — may present challenges for certain assistive technologies. We are actively working to improve these experiences.
Third-party content and tools embedded in our platform (including certain charting libraries and data feeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our vendors to improve accessibility over time.

We conduct accessibility reviews using a combination of automated tools (including WAVE, axe, and Lighthouse) and manual testing with screen readers including NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS.
